If you can't find him, all you have to do is drop a coin on the ground. He'll come running in about 5 seconds or less. Since Kirimaru, is an orphan, he usually stays at Doi-sensei's home.

(I think the correct way to spell his name is "Shinbee", but for some reason everyone always spells it the other way.)
